Well first of all, I wanted to return this but was going to have to pay 156.00 for return shipping which isn't much less then what I paid for it. Mattress only inflated to about 4" when it stated 8". Was hoping eventually it would but never did. Not satisfied with purchase but stuck with it

I ordered this futon for the second time to replace the original item, from the identical listing, and it is far worse quality.There is no longer a flannel exterior, the filling is much lower quality, and the price has gone up by 25%.I feel ripped off. Don't order this. It used to be so good, why did you change it?
