Until now, the Traxxas T-Maxx and E-Maxx line of trucks has been missing a key link in the chain of RPM durability – the bulkheads. We've heard numerous complaints over the years requesting RPM bulkheads for these beasts and, with some creative engineering, we've found a way to solve common bulkhead breakage issues. Each RPM bulkhead starts with the RPM trademark blend of incredibly strong nylons. From there, we redesigned key areas to improve impact resistance but the most significant change comes in the form of lock nuts. After extensive testing and review of damaged stock bulkheads, we found that the most common reason stock bulkheads break is from the mounting screws stripping or backing out. Our solution was to incorporate a series of lock nuts at the chassis and skid plate mounting holes to securely lock the bulkheads in place. Once the bulkhead is secure, our materials and design changes take over for the strongest, lightest and most durable set of aftermarket bulkheads currently available! RPM front bulkheads are so light, that they weigh less than the stock parts they replace. Combined a set of RPM #81072 - black or #81075 - blue rear bulkheads with these front versions for the ultimate in strength and durability. RPM bulkheads are sold in pairs, molded in either black or blue and backed by our industry-leading limited lifetime breakage warranty. Protect your ride with a set of RPM bulkheads today!

The redesign is better. The nylon stop nuts can be tricky. They can also be super glued to stay where you need them.

Only time will tell if these are stronger than the factory traxxas bulkheads but they seem stronger

Let me start off saying that I have the pro .15 short and narrow tmaxx. It’s difficult to find parts for it because the newer 2.5 “classic” tmaxx is the same length BUT it’s wider. I had to do some pushing to get these in. The stock A arms are the original ones and are an inch shorter than the new stock ones so it those my angles off. Lucky after a lot of spring adjustments and alignment, I got the 20 year old Tmaxx to accept these bulkheads. My advise- if you have the old tmaxx like me, go ahead and order the a arms along with the new bulk heads. Stock or rpm arms

They went in with no issues , the extra nuts for the screws that mount to the body are a nice addition

Way better than stock but one of the rears cracked all the way thru...its still working cause the aluminum skid plate is supporting it...I'd say just get aluminum cause I'm sure I will be upgrading AGAIN

Love these bulkheads. Definitely beefier than the stock emaxx bulkheads, which broke after a single roll on blacktop. Havent had any issues with these though! (Plus i think the black looks cooler.) Great product fast shipping. Just make sure that when you install them, you put the differential in the right way. Put mine back in upside down and my front wheels turned in the opposite direction of the rear lol.
