The tablet and pen worked great, and then the pen malfunctioned. I reached out to their customer service, and they're sending me out a new pen! They had very prompt responses. The tablet still works beautifully and my daughter loves it. We can't wait for the new pen to arrive!

This tablet is fun. I was expecting to have to buy another program to use this in a meaningful way for me but the included program is plenty for an amateur like myself. I was looking for something that was entry level that could be dedicated to art. This tablet can be used beyond art which I did not expect to use but I found my artistic child loves it. She was modifying on paper by painting or drawing on magazines and pictures but is now about to import images from the internet to modify. She is a perfectionist and is in love with being able to delete mistakes. My child had never worked with layers in art programs before so that was a change for her but she acclimated quickly. It is hard to pry her hands off of it for my own enjoyment. The only negative I have is that there is a slight lag between drawing and the line appearing on the screen. For the tablet price point I find it great and the lag isn't a big enough to be distracting. I loved that this came with everything you needed to start right away between the gloves, pen, case, and included drawing program. I can't compare this to other portable art tablets since I haven't had the opportunity to use them but compared to my mobile phone this is phenomenal. The screen is a decent size and easy to interact with. The camera makes it fun option for selfies converted into self portraits. The pressure sensitivity and ability to change it is nice. I have some hand difficulties and my grip and pressure has changed over time and with this I am able to adjust the pressure sensitivity so that the line is thicker without as much pressure.

5 stars - Functionality and ease-of-use.5 stars - Customer support5 stars - Warranty3 stars - ReliabilityIn terms of functionality and ease-of-use this deserves 5 stars. I bought it for my 7 year old granddaughter and she loves it. Easy for her to use and take with her in the car so she can draw on the road and everywhere she goes.Unfortunately after about 6 months it died and stopped taking a charge. The screen went black. This is why I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5.The good news is that tech support is extremely competent and responsive. They walked me through a process to try and revive the tablet. This managed to get it to the point where the logo screen would show up. But it would still not change. The end result is they are sending a new tablet. Nice to see that they are serious about honoring the Warranty.New, replacement tablet arrived within one week.

I love this tablet! I am someone who loves to write long, in-depth reviews about products. However, I'm going to make this one fairly short because I don't want to keep you here all day. 😜~~~~~~~~~~Pros~~~~~~~~~~• Great touchscreen, better than my phone!• Great stylus• Stylus is so responsive, you can hold it ABOVE the screen and still see the little shadow on the screen• Can have apps• Good, fast Wi-Fi• Sketchbook app is great• Adjustable screen brightness• Comes with a case that actually fits (My daughter used paint pens to decorate it with color)~~~~~~~~~~Cons~~~~~~~~~~• Feel like it's a bit pricey for what you actually get.• The camera is not the best...Also, there are a few other things you should know:• Google Kids Space. This depends on how your family views children. My daughter is 12 and still in the Family Link program. When I signed her into her new tablet, I set up Family Link on it. After you set up Family Link, it prompts you to set up Google Kids Space. It tells you it's a library of age appropriate content. And it DEFINITELY is! My daughter opened GKS (Google Kids Space) and we discovered it's clearly designed for smaller/younger children. It's very childish and cartoony. Probably great for kids up to 7-8ish, but for a 12 year old... Nah.• What makes it a drawing tablet? You can download other apps onto it. The only way to draw is through the Sketchbook app, which my daughter already has on her Chromebook/computer. However, the touchscreen is really good and responsive, plus it has an electric stylus (didn't know those even existed) which really helps.• The camera. The camera it comes with is not the best, kinda patchy and yellow. However, my daughter discovered that if you download a different camera app, you can make it better. Right now, she's using a camera called Cameringo Lite. It has filters too!Overall, definitely recommend this tablet. But I'm recommending it as a TABLET, not really a DRAWING tablet. Thank you for reading the book of a review I wrote (this was not short as I promised 😄).
