Let me be clear, I am NOT disappointed with this microwave at all. I am disappointed in us and our greed. The bad is this is really a counter top microwave with a few extra holes in it's skin to hold the deflectors to vent the oven forward instead of up. This is NOT designed or built for an RV and it should be priced more accordingly, closer to the mid range countertop models.With that being said, this is a nice unit but shouldn't be more than $150, which is the sole reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. It was fairly easy to install, both the trim and "ducting" are thin stamped metal and very easily bent. Oven itself is quite good, Glass turntable is standard, control panel is well marked and laid out. Express cook (press the number for that many minutes), 30+ quick start (30 seconds for every push) plus several presets, potato, frozen vegetables, beverage, dinner plate, popcorn, pizza. It has a kitchen timer, time cook, time defrost, weight defrost, and 10 power levels. Convenient, easy to understand and use. Only time will tell how reliable it is but the initial impression is promising. All in all not a bad value for an "RV" microwave as there are more expensive options that use customized countertop models for their "RV" lines of ovens.
