Should actually be a 4.5 stars. The package arrived on time and well protected. Installation was a breeze as all wires were color coded and matched the preexisting wires. Only issue was after put cover back on, the slider switch for heat or cool got super hard to use. Pull the cover off and it was fine. Might need to re-visit the over with a file as something is hanging it up. Otherwise I love it and would recommend it.
