Only just installed, long-term performance not known, physical size is correct. Should be sold with the seal which is needed and designed specifically for this thermostat.

Great product. It doesnt come with a gasket so just remember to buy one so you don't need to do the job twice.

Would highly recommend for anyone with a Toyota 5vz engine that lives in hotter climates like me (SC). I had pinging issues along with some other things going on, and after flushing my system very meticulously, I decided to go with this thermostat. I've been monitoring temperatures and in 35-40 degree weather coolant temperature will hover right around 185. The great thing is that this holds true for 70 degree weather as well ranging up to 190 at times but going back down. I'm assuming that during the scorching days the temp will go up to 195 or so but that range is ideal, I think. I just hope the part lasts but I'll be sure to update if I experience any failures.

I like the product as it really works at lower temo than originalComapred to OEM one, maybe little cheaper construction, but it is very personal.

Thermostat works perfectly. Temps right around 180. 2000 Toyota Tacoma V6 3.4 5VZ-FE. Definitely helps if you're supercharged. Great price through Amazon. Save money and get this instead of the TRD.
