I didn't actually use this on an RV, rather I used it on the threshold of my back door. There was a huge gap between the threshold plate and the floor, which was allowing outside air and bugs to come into the house. I thought it would take at least 2 tubes to fill the gap, but it turns out it only took 1 full tube. The self leveling is pretty good, but probably not as well as it could be in a warm environment. It was really cold when I used it, and the patch fills in my second and third round of fills, didn't really level. After about 30 minutes it is safe to touch, as long as you don't break the surface tension. One thing that I noticed, and used to my advantage, is that after 3-4 hours, you can still reform the silicone, to try to create a better surface. The down side is that it still wasn't fully cured after 48 hours, which is probably due to the depth of the gap that I needed to fill. I know that it will eventually fully set, but I thought that it would be something that some of you would be interested in. I was easily able to clean up any mess with isopropyl alcohol, which is nice. I can definitely recommend this product. BEST

Compared to Dicor sealant, this material is a bit runny but seems to perform like Dicor. I really like the removable nozzle that can be cleaned and I put a piece on plastic over the screw on outlet and screw the nozzle back on to prevent dry out. It did take longer to firm up than Dicor but skinned about the same.

I like this product! I wasn't really certain if it would work, but I was curious to see if this material would work like a rubber non-slip rug backing and it did! I tried a small drop on a piece of fabric first. When it dried I could feel that it adhered to the fabric and left a nice thin flexible rubber layer. It's a moderately thin caulk material. Much thinner than regular caulking. This allowed me to spread it evenly over the back of woven rug with a spreader. It's sticky and adheres quickly. Not only will this keep the rug from slipping, but I also think it maintain the longevity of the rugs' edges. It was an experiment and I think it worked well. This has many more uses than just repairing roofs on an RV

Great stuff. It shielded up the leak and it’s always nice to have some of this handy when you own a motorhome. Be sure to check your roof after every vacation it will save you hundreds of dollars and lots of time if you catch a leak in time and squirt some of this on it.

Seems to work good but time will tell if it lasts and doesn't peel back or on the sides. This is for the roof, I do not recommend you use this on the sides due to the color of it.

I've got a pop up camper and I live in the heat of Texas, so I'm continually doing maintenance on my camper. I've been using $3 silicone from Home Depot, but I like that this is self leveling so it fills in any cracks on the roof of my camper.

I have a travel trailer and a box trailer that both get regular use. Every spring it is time to climb up on both to re-do the sealant. I find that even though it is a pain and takes me a while, I would much rather be on the roof on a nice spring day, rather than in the middle of a downpour trying to drape a tarp over the trailer trying to keep the rain intrusion to a minimum. This sealant seems to work just like others I have used and time or weather will tell if I did a good job sealing the roof. This is an annual maintenance task, so paying a little less for the sealant is a great way to save a little, knowing you will be doing it again next year.
