Size was great and nice design. It was difficult to remove cover to install. Looked promising but when connected to power the USB port started smoking. Did not work. Poor value. Screws were not provided with unit. Returned the next day. Not sure if this was a new unit or used/previously returned as the packaging was heat shrink then placed in opaque zip bag.

I needed a low profile USB outlet and this on worked for what I needed. I have an existing low power USB outlet in my camper that needed a low profile outlet due to clearance issues. I wanted to upgrade to a higher output outlet but had problems finding one that would meet the clearance issue. This one works great and is a quality product. It comes with everything you need for the install. It does require some space behind the install surface, but that was not an issue for me.I do recommend and I would buy this outlet again.

Easy to install these were just what I needed for my console project. Wiring them is simple and charges pretty quick.

Draws just over 2mA when idle.Unfortunately it also has a blue LED in it which is probably most of the 2mA.Not ideal for the confines of our RV.There isn't an obvious way to unsolder the LED.
