I was a bit disappointed because the way the item was presented with a set of bushings was a bit misleading. It implied that this could serve as an insert for mounting bushings. However, it is a bushing itself and won't mount any other bushings. It fits my Ryobi, but is recessed about 3/16" below the router plate which could make the router less stable when trying to follow the outline of a template, especially a smaller template design. I'm not sure whether I'll return it or try to adapt it to work properly.

For my Ryobi RE180PL1 I had to lightly grind off the edge to get it to fit. Works fine, but I ended up with the plastic template guide the brass sets fit into and had to drill my own holes in that.
