We were able to use this as the serving platter for seafood boil - worked fantastically! Stainless makes it easy to clean. Heavy duty multi-functional sheet of stainless steel - good product.

A great replacement part crafted from attractive and quality material.The tray is made from a single piece of satin finish 16 gauge, (1/16"), stainless steel with a plain upturned lip on 3 sides, and a higher, vented upturned lip on the other.The inside corners are discreetly TIG welded.A great replacement part.

This is made of very high grade stainless steel which means that it will clean up nicely. The size fits perfectly, and most importantly it shows no sign of wiping or degrading.It is heavy enough to give me confidence that it will last long enough, but not so heavy that would make it hard to take out and put back in for cleaning.Exactly what I needed.
