Suuwer S701 nonprogrammable electronic thermostats for house, up to 1 heating and 1 cooling single-stage systems
Compatible with most 24V conventional single-stage systems (i.e. conventional force air, central gas, oil, or electric furnaces single-stage systems and only heat pump (without aux) single-stage systems).
1. Not compatible with 110-240V electric heat systems (like electric baseboard heat, line voltage, convectors, radiant-ceiling heat).
2. Does not work with conventional 2 stage or multistage systems, mini split systems, heat pump (with aux or emergency heat) systems and 12v rv thermostats.

I have used a more complicated Thermostat for over 20 years but old age and failing eyesight have made programing my thermostat a chore. I live in an apartment and one of the Maintaince staff suggested a simpler thermostat. Well it is up and running and I would definitely recommend this version for seniors who are tired of having to program thermostats like computers. I also noted the blue background is much easier to read than the old green background.
