Super simple replacement and an exact fit for my 40-year old Broan bathroom ceiling fan. Ran strong and relatively silent. However, it died after two days. Checked the wiring and the switch, no problems; conveniently, the fan has a plug so I used another outlet and still nothing. Completely dead. Do not recommend.
