Good rivet nuts. No rust or defects. They work as expected.

I was running low on my current supply of Rivnuts so thought I would give these a try and see if they were good enough quality. They work just as good as more expensive ones so pleased with this purchase. It comes with several different sizes so no need to go out and buy individual sizes separately. These are the main sizes I use so overall happy with these.

Exactly what I expected. No issues so far. Threads are cut cleanly, they all look like they are the correct size.

Used the 1/4-20 rivnuts today. No problems with crimp, no problems with threads shearing or anything like that. If you're rivnut tool has installed clean rivnuts in the past, you won't have any problems with this assortment. Good variety of SAE sizes. Very happy with it.

These compress well and seem to hold tightly. The larger sizes are right at the edge of what I con compress with my twisting hand-operated insert tool, but with a larger squeeze-type tool they should be very easy to compress. Not surprisingly, one of the dividers in the case was broken during shipping, but let's be honest-you probably already have a dozen of those plastic cases lying around empty, and even if you don't it is not as though you can't tell the sizes apart easily. This is a good starter assortment, but be wary that there are far more of the smaller sizes than there are of the larger sizes.

These seem to be a good quality - heavy enough to grip and hold.I use a Rivet Nut tool for installing, which works very well. I have never tried installing by just using a bolt to pull them tight until the base expand to grip the material, but it looks like that could work too, if you do not have a Rivet Nut tool. These definitely beat the heck out of trying to use a nut and bolt for fastening in hard to reach places

There are times when there is just no substitute for a rivnut, and having an assortment on hand is fantastic. There are official/expensive tools for installing them, but all you really need is the proper sized bolt, a couple nuts, and a couple of washers (and YouTube). I used these to install accessories on my camper and they work great.
