I have used this for in-home events when we invite a speaker. Very handy. Easy to use and assemble, and rolls easily and the rollers do lock easily . It is not heavy at all, so if you want something heavier, think twice about this.My husband and I were arguing one day and the podium was in the office. I went and got it and spoke my side of the story as I stood behind this podium, and told my husband that if one of us is at the podium, the other has to not interrupt and listen. Then his took his turn. The disagreement was thus settled.So this is also a nice wedding gift and definitely cheaper than marital therapy.
