Attractive and sturdy but I deducted one star because there was no information at all provided regarding cleaning or possibly treatment of the wooden base. That seemed odd. It was well-packed and arrived in good shape!

Works great, used the whole weekend at beach house. Buying one for lake. Bring your cheese and just leave it under here for however long you're vacationing. Love it.

Very elegant cheese holder. I can't wait to place cheese and grapes in my beautiful cheese holder, on a table, in my newly built outdoor courtyard. My cheese holder will totally bring my tea party up a notch. It looks very rich and well made.

It arrived with the wooden tray slightly warped. I applied wood oil used for cutting boards, applied some weight overnihght and is fine now.
