this was delivered yesterday use it today works great no issue with the trimmer and the branch cutter is also easy to adjust extended out far easy to put together and charge but a little to heavy even using to strap that comes with it i know everything is in the front i like the push button safety switch on it the battery can power it great adjustment feather on it try a few out while trimming and the speed of it not bad so over all great for the price

works good my wife and use it with or with out the pole. cuts well and the auto oilier works great would buy again

What a time and lifesaver. I have a lot of trees in the backyard and many are dead or dying. Which is why it’s dangerous. Any one of them could snap at anytime while I am mowing. And also, sometimes they just grow out of control. I used this to trim some limbs that were too close to the house and let me tell you , it’s a game changer. No more ladder to move or cords to contend with. This thing gives you a lot of reach! I love how quickly I can trim the branches. It is really a must have if you have to do a lot of trimming.

It is not very powerful. Had a hard time cutting small brush trees.

This is a HEAVY polesaw and you need to be very strong to work this polesaw and hedge trimmer. It has a 7 inch chain and bar and despite contacting customer service with regards to a replacement bar and chain received a poor response, with no solution. This comes with one battery and I cannot see a spare battery for sale on Amazon. I am disappointed as a previous Saker mini handheld chainsaw worked flawlessly. I cannot recommend this item as the average person would struggle to use this extended as needed. Plus where are the replacement spare battery, bar and chain for purchase ?

Battery came in on 3/4 charge. I put it on the charger because I had a lot of work to do. Took forever to get to full charge. When it finally fully charged and I tried to do some yard work it immediately died. Didn’t get to cut one branch.

This pole saw is just what I needed to tackle some yard work. I have a variety of trees on and next to my property that needed trimming, so I was able to put this saw to the test. In general, it performed very well, especially considering its compact saw size. The telescopic pole extends quite a bit for reaching those high up branches and limbs. It breezed through small branches like a serrated knife cutting a slice of bread. The cuts were clean and smooth. I tried this on larger limbs as well. With some strategic cuts, buzzing through the limb from multiple angles, I was able to get through substantially sized oak and maple limbs. I did encounter an annoying issue: the saw chain repeatedly popped off. I had installed it as per the instructions and checked the tension prior to and during use, but the chain would still pop off after sawing through a limb. Perhaps I was overtaxing the saw and cutting branches and limbs too large for this tool. It was fairly irritating to have to keep stopping, detaching the battery pack, removing the blade cover and reinstalling the chain. I expected some loosening with use, but it seemed to loosen very easily. I learned my lesson after a couple of times of making chain fixes to keep the hex tool in my pocket to tighten the blade after each cut. I do wish that this pole saw came with some sort of storage case or bag. Overall, it’s an effective tool to get the job done!
