It does work pretty well on sharping your hooks. Just a bit hard to hold the hook while trying to sharpen the hook. Would recommend a clamp to hold the hook in order to sharpen the hook.

They seem to be fine I recommend a hook holder of some kind as they can be fiddly to sharpen if you are holding them in your fingers.

Great pocket sized file. I use it to sharpen my jig hooks as I fish the rivers near by. Confident it won't be the hook point that lets me down if I'm using one of these!

in jeder Packung sind 2 Stück vorhanden und jede Seite hat eine eigene Kerbung und Körnung, also eine Grobe und eine Feine. Passt in jede Angeltasche und ist auch für Minimalisten eigentlich ein must have. Auf den Bildern wirken sie ein wenig filigran, jedoch sind sie stabiler als sie aussehen. Die Haken kann man auch bestens schärfen damit. Habe experimentell Haken genommen, die ein Jahr im See lagen und eigentlich nur noch als stumpf und Schrott zu bezeichnen waren. Ein wenig entrostet und dann geschärft. Nach wenigen Zügen über den Schleifstein waren diese alle samt wieder so scharf und spitz, dass sie ohne Probleme am Finger hingen wie die neuen, ohne kraft Einsatz nur durch Eigengewicht.Für mich eine absolute Kaufempfehlung, vor allem wenn man Lieblingsköder hat, bei denen die haken stumpf werden.
