Fits my Saris hitch bike rack. I accidentally installed the original one backwards and bend it. This new one is like the original.

Arrived missing the hitch tight bolt and cotter pin as well as the plastic sleeve mentioned in this listing. Saris sent out the missing parts immediately

Used on my Rockymounts bike rack. Does have slop it the fitment but that's to be expected.

Update: Contacted Saris and they were quick and helpful. The bolt that comes with is only applicable to newer model bike racks. However, it is still very loose fitting and I don't feel comfortable using this because the rack bounces around way too much.No instructions so just have to guess how it goes together. Comes with a small bolt and nut, but no way to know where it goes. Got the adapter in and the Saris bike rack sways and moves all over. Could be because I don’t have the mysterious bolt and nut in, but again, no idea where or how that should go. Tried on our Cherokee and Colorado with same results. Waiting to hear back from Saris with some instruction, otherwise returning. Hoping I can get another adapter in time for my trip in three days.

It fits good and helps my Saris super clamp ex 2 bike rack attach to the 2” receiver on my Honda Fit. The small bolt that comes with it is to secure the adapter to the leg of the rack also, keeping the holes from the receiver, the rack and adapter aligned to easily slide in the securing bolt through.
