This ribbon printing machine does the trick, but it is very tedious to set up and use. The English manual is incomplete, and the videos that are available online are only helpful for getting the applications you need from the accompanying USB drive. To add the printer to your computer, you will need to do some Google searching and Google translating to ensure it is done properly. If you plan on getting this machine, be prepared to be very patient.

This printer is difficult to set up, but it can be done. I purchased this to print on decorative ribbon, like in the pictures. The photos in the listing show tons of color options, but there is no link for purchase. There isn't info in the setup guide either. So I asked the seller, assuming they could send a link, or some key words to search for. I was told to source it at a local office supply store, which have sadly gone the way of the Dodo. I asked again for clarification, explained what I wanted to do. Eventually, I heard back. Answer: What don't you get? Choose sanity, and pick a different printer.

Instructions are not in English. Clicking on support for set up is for a whole different product. I am so disappointed in this purchase and all of the parts are too difficult to repack to return.Does not work, not user friendly, a complete scam... other reviews are not actial customers; duplicate cut and paste.

I have an advertising agency. I purchased this ribbon printer for my shop. I am preparing it for the upcoming Christmas. It prints exceptionally beautiful ribbons. Installation may be slightly complicated. But my Chinese friend quickly helped me to solve this problem. Love it so much!

I purchased this ribbon printer on the eve of my wedding. I was able to print my wedding announcement, some well wishes, and my wife and I's names onto my favourite ribbon. My guests especially loved seeing these. It was definitely a touching surprise!!!!

I ordered this satin ribbon printing machine for my small studio. I tried printing a variety of text or patterns on the satin using the editing software that comes with the ribbon printer. The results are beautiful and I'm preparing for the upcoming holidays. I hope all goes well!
