My daughter's Cat and Jack sneakers are size 9 and they are still roomy. These came out of the box and I had to squeeze her little feet in. Buy a size up!

I was initially happy with these but my daughter does not like wearing them because she says the soles are too hard, not flexible (she says “too tight” but means the inflexible structure as they’re a half size up for her to grow into”. She plays on a mulch playground at preschool and these picked up the dirt on the first day so won’t be able to return. I will go back to our usual New Balance after this.
