I am so pleased with the steamer! It was easy to assemble with the sauna I had purchased earlier. It came with a remote, as well. I love that I can place essential oils and even Epsom salt into the reservoir. This was a great buy!

The lids for the steam machine are not strong enough to use the lid broke up and crumbled. Not a good piece of equipment. Donot recommend.(UPDATE) the seller accused me of basically trying to get over because Amazon tried to fix the situation and sent a replacement and then they sent a replacement and then tried to send me a nasty response. First accusations are weak when you accuse someone in a message versus their face. That is a cowardly move. If he know so much then he would have seen I put in request for labels for the first two and I am awaiting for their label to send back this piece of junk. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO PURCHASE YOUR SAUNA. THEY SELL JUNK THEN TRY TO CATCH A ATTITUDE AFTER THEY MADE A BAD PRODUCT. Do yourself a favor don’t waste your time.

This product looks as advertised. It comes with the steamer, an herbal box, a remote, a page of simple instructions, and two tubes. It is a small built in stainless steel tank (has a max line) that heats up water and transports the steam via the lid (and tube if you're using it) to your area of desire. It came with a cracked screen, but everything still worked and I was still able to read the LED screen. You can ensure the lid stays on and doesn't expel by inserting the lid and turning it clockwise. You can then release the lid by turning it counter-clockwise. The remote controller works to adjust the temperature and time as well if you don't want to press the buttons on the steamer. This product has 15 levels of temperature, but it is labeled P1 to P15, so there was no way for me to determine the exact temperature. It also has an adjustable timer that runs up to 99 minutes before shutting down. Overall, it worked well to create a steaming and relaxing atmosphere.
