Be wary of purchasing this. The quality of metal is very poor and you will get metal shavings distributed through the meat from threading the ends on. Spend a little extra money and get one of better quality. We are returning ours.

Made 6x 2lb batches in one afternoon with the wife, and this was so easy to use (first time using).A little olive oil on the lead screen and back sealing plate helped - noticed that the stainless steel screw was grinding a little bit of aluminum off the back plate. Totally fine though. The variety of nozzles was a win! Was nervice as a novice with our first batch of pig casings, so undersized the nozzle. Got VERY consistent sausages by measuring the rotation of the crank!

First off, I didn't get the one pictured, with the metal front cap. Instead I got a plastic cap and only 3 nozzles.I saw elsewhere that the plastic cap might break, which is why I specifically wanted this one with the metal front. That aside, it works for making sausages, but you need two people, and it won't hold itself with the suction cup because of the force one needs to exert in order to turn the lever. If you only make sausages rarely and you don't want to spend much money, this might be a good choice. Just make sure you can accept the above negatives.

Works well but too weak. The back lid cracked.

Made perfect sausages. Ensure the meat is mixed well and has a smooth texture. This will eliminate most of the issues listed in other comments.

After fighting with my Kitchen Aid for stuffing I gave up. The KA did a great job with the grinding but fell short with stuffing. This stuffer gets an A++ . Washing, filling and stuffing . . . Less than 15 minutes for 5 lbs. Of sausage. I do reco.mend two people just makes it easier to manipulate. Great product! I would recommend heartily.

Made some sausage with this stuffer and it works great. After you get through a learning curve of cranking and catching sausage you can make sausage very quickly. I made about 4 and 1/4 pounds and it took about 20 minutes, including putting casings on [I used 3 casings]. Clean up is easy, stuffer is made of easily cleanable materials, and seems to be well made. Only critical comment, but not a big deal for myself, is that it did not hold the amount of meat that I made and had to refill it once. Not a big deal to me but something to consider when picking a size of stuffer. To be fair I did not weigh the mixture before filling, just relied on package weight of meat. Next time I will weigh it and if I am mistaken I will correct this review. Again, for me it was minor. Thumbs up anyway.

Loved the packaging and the the overall product was easy to assemble and use. Multiple sizes for sausages. And very easy to clean. The one downside in my case was that the rubber on the suction end broke after the second time of using it. Its surprising because i used it on a smooth granite top with no excessive force. I am yet to report it and will update as what response i will get from the seller.Otherwise great product.Update: Customer service was great!!! Responded immediately and replace the sausage filler. Just received the brand new one today. Excited to use it again.Would rate this product 6 stars.

The suction mount is unable to hold on any surface I tried. The aluminum threading on either end of the tub is poorly machined and difficult to screw on without cross-threading, always requiring me to back thread before screwing on. We used it once. My wife had to forcefully hold the machine in place. When the mount did hold, it only held for 30 seconds at a time and would slip and slide all over the surface while cranking. The pusher plate is slightly too small and a good 1/4 pound of medium grind meat would work it's way up behind the plate during each cycle, requiring a complete breakdown between refills. It got the job done, was simple to clean, but in all this purchase resulted in too many bad words and far less efficiency than I was hoping for.I was printing the return label before we even finished the first batch. It was easy to clean... That's the only good thing I found about it.

The sausage stuffer performed very well, I used it for the first time today. It forced the meat through the tube easily and the suction cup held the unit fairly secure. Like any small sausage stuffer, it does take two people to operate it, one to slowly crank it and the other to allow the sausage to fill the casings and stop the filled casing from kinking. We noticed that it worked best to have the person cranking to hold the unit to stop it from twisting, it provided a more secure base. We did have a minor about of leakage around the plunger, maybe two tablespoons worth. Most of the issues we had were due to the fact that neither of us had ever made sausage using a stuffer and casings. We found it worked best to crank at a slower speed, but that may be just a personal preference. The unit disassembles easily and completely making cleanup a breeze. I am very happy with the unit for the price, I was expecting less.
