Replaced a tenor saxophone neck cork. Pliable without soaking first. Good cork/Not dried out. Works well. Could have left a bit more on it for a tighter fit on my mouthpiece, but I sanded a lot off. That said, it still works great. For some time and effort, it paid off well, and the horn plays way better than with the old cork. Also, Just a suggestion : tape off parts of the neck that should be protected when sanding. You might thank me later…

I've only changed out two instrument corks in the last five years so I don't have much experience or expertise but these seem to be the same quality as what I've ordered in the past. Make sure you use a very sharp knife to trim (exacto blade) or you'll have a rough edge.

Using to replace worn cork on recorder. OK size. Easy enough to cut and trim.
