Easy to use. The weights on each end help you drop this in the bell and out the neck. The cord helps you pull this back and forth until as it absorbs all of the moisture. I hang it up and it dries rather quickly. I hand wash this, haven't used it in the washing machine. I think it would stand up to that, stitched well, cords are tight. Brush works fine for the mouthpiece. I use a little dish soap on it and rinse, works great.

We have a bari sax and an alto sax. This kit has done a great job cleaning the saxes. We did have to tie a washer onto the end that is weighted to get it to appropriately clean the baritone but that was no big deal. We're really happy with this kit!

Hubby is a professional sax player, he says the cloth is absorbent, likes the mouthpiece brush, and finds the extra cloth for cleaning the outside of the instrument. He has never used this particular style of swab before so had to mess around with trying to get it to work right. The key is go in through the bell, not the top, then turn the sax upside down so the weight drops the string out the other end. Then you can swab it back and forth using the strings on each end.

I have a sax that I keep in case I play in the community band, and I leave one out in the house to play. I needed a second set of cleaning cloths and this package is perfect for my needs. Good price and works!
