I purchased these plastic bearing block because I'd seen how well bearings with this type of plastic moved; quietly, and like glass. Unfortunately half the blocks had alignment problems, that made smooth movement worse than ball bearing blocks. There's either poor quality control, or lower standards of.The second problem is that some screws were missing due to poorly tapped holes. I tried replacing the missing screws to find out the threads were stripped.Because of the problems, my project is on hold pending getting quality replacements.
