I put this in my rotary tool and turned the tool on and when I did that, the bit spun in a wide pattern making the bit unusable. it was unbalanced.

Great tool for my intended purpose. Needed extended reach to get up inside pipe to remove seams. Works great in my die grinder and removes mild steel easily. Take care not to overheat and it will last for a long time.

These burrs are fantastic. sturdy, Smooth turning at 30,000 RPM. I have about 15 hours on the one burr, and while it doesn't look new it's still good for steady removal. I ordered a second one just to have.

Used it to clean the inside weld bead in headers I fabbed. It cut very fast and very clean. It removed a lot of material very quickly, and kept its edge even when the weld bead on the header got orange hot from grinding.

I couldn’t use it for my intended job. There was over 0.010” of runout and the shank felt like it had a burr in the middle of it. The carbide burr section was actually 2 smaller pieces of carbide brazed to the steel shank, not a solid piece of carbide brazed to the steel.

These are awesome. I needed one and don't even own a Dremel which most short versions are made for. Had a hollow tube end attachment that needed some boring out because manufacturers specs changed. Basically I needed a hairs width taken out from the inside of a cast metal attachment to allow fitting of various parts that previously used to fit. Worked perfectly on an electric drill at full speed. No bit breaking or bending from overheating although I could see it happening if one weren't paying attention. Used for several minutes at a time and the ultra sharp texture ridged bit removed plenty of metal. Nice bit, great for grinding things out.
