Our TiN Coated Double Cut Carbide Burrs tend to be used on ferrous and non ferrous metals, aluminium, soft steel and also for all non-metal materials such as plastics and wood. They have more cutting edges and will remove material faster. Double cut will leave a smoother finish than single cut due to producing smaller chips. Use for medium-light stock removal, deburring, finishing and cleaning. A double cut carbide burr is the most popular cut and will see you through most applications.

Application Tips:
- Ensure the appropriate Air Tool is used and that it is regularly maintained
- Check that the bur is running true in the Air Tool before use
- Run extra long burs at slower speed, do not exceed 15,000 RPM
- Use a smooth cutting action with constant movement.
- Use light pressure, let the bur do the work
- Wear a protective mask
- Keep out reach of children

Just received these for Christmas and haven't used yet. They appear to be well constructed and the wear ability for long lasting has yet to be determined. I gave it a 4 only because I haven't tried them yet. Nice case and 10 different styles is a nice feature. I will rerate them once I start grinding welds.

Couldn't find 1/4" shank bits anywhere locally, these worked great with my air die grinder. Decent quality, nice little storage case. Would buy again.

I got these for all those little jobs where accurate grinding is needed. Seems like nothing is made in the USA any more but these seem good enough.
