Instructions for Installing and Removing Scalpel Bledes:
- To install the scalpel blede, align the blede with packing with the scalpel handle. (Warning: Scalpel bledes are extremely sharp. We strongly recommend using forceps to hold and fit the blede securely if it becomes stuck on the handle.)
- Align the blede into the groove on the handle and gently slide it towards scalpel handle.
- Continue sliding the blade onto the scalpel handle until it locks in place.
- To remove the blede, carefully lift the bottom of the blede until it unlocks from the scalpel handle as shown.
- Slide the blede of the scalpel handle, moving it away from the handle as shown.

I teach a dissection class to middle and high schoolers. As you can guess, they don't always clean their supplies properly so I ordered a bunch of these as replacements. They're pretty awesome! They come Ina plastic case and with all of the blades each student will need to the semester. The quality is definitely there as well. They are not thin or flimsy. I will definitely be ordering more next semester!

Everything about the Handel is fine but the blades that came with the handle are dull but that didn’t matter because I was using the scalpel for pertri dishes.
