This was a perfect fit for my 99 TJ 2.5l 5sp AX5 transmission. I did toss the bearing in the trash and went and bought a metal one. As the throughout bearing that comes with this is a composite of plastic and the metal bearing. But this mad my hard shifting go away . The price was amazing. I also bought the flywheel as well to make it a perfect package. All for under two hundred dollars.

Throw out bearing has a lot of plastic material. Failed with less than 100 kms on it.

Throw out bearing body is cheap plastic and makes noise after two days of driving. Installed a timken 614093 with the cast body throw out bearing and noise went away.

Was skeptical about using this product, but it's been good so far. It's been in for a few months with no issues (knock on wood). The last clutch was factory and was in good shape. I just needed to replace the throw out bearing. Figured I'd replace this too. I would definitely go with a throw out bearing from Timkin. The one that comes with the kit is plastic and seems flimsy.

Grabs great and makes the Jeep work like new again. Fits perfectly in my 2.5L 1997 Jeep Wrangler. No need to buy a clutch alignment tool like I did, one comes in the kit. That being said...the included throw-out bearing is a freaking joke, get a cast iron one from National.

What can one say!LuK is the worlds largest Clutch / FlyWheel producer. (look at some of the kits on the market... re-packaged LuK components) & as such, expected quality fit & finish.

I purchased this kit in April but didn't get around to opening it until the end of May. I was thinking that the picture was what i was going to receive, while i did get a clutch disk, pressure plate and throw out bearing there was no pilot bushing. In addition the clutch disk was destroyed during shipping requiring me to purchase a different kit locally. i waited too long to return the item and am now stuck with a useless kit, but that's on me, the missing parts that are shown in the picture is another story.

Just installed this clutch yesterday evening and I'm pleased with the installation. I used a factory service manual for installation instructions. Install went smoothly. I plan on reporting back in a few months for an update on quality and integrity of this clutch.02/27/2016: so far so good, no issues!
