It’s lighter than what’s pictured and my unit came with a few more than a few scuffs. Idk if I’ll return it and try to replace it but I’m leaning toward returning at the moment. There’s some areas where the staining wasn’t done well. There’s like hard water on the top finish. You can see scuffs around the edges. You can also see some areas in person where it’s like damaged wood.I’ll have to update and add a few additional photos but after taking off the protective plastic from the pickups even they have QC issues. It’s weird because the guitar by itself is nice. The frets don’t cut you, it feels good in hand but there’s so many small issues for $500 that just suck.

I have 25 electric and acoustic guitars of many makes. In my opinion Schecter is by far the best quality guitars made in their price range (and above). I have owned many Schecter's. Even though this is the least expensive of them all it still has the same awesome action, setup and sound out of the box. Best value out there IMHO.

Pretty sick if you ask me. This is my third shecter. I used to be an Ibanez fan but shecter has one my heart after this design and the way it plays. It’s good out of the box but will be better after a professional set up

We in the fam have back problems and the size and weight on this guitar is perfect. The sound of course is amazing I love it and so does my son. Compared to the fender the sound on this item is very clear and crisp

The headline says it all. Its simply a beautiful guitar with tons of tone. I love the way this neck feels, its got to be one of the best necks I've tried out. Not too thin, not too thick -just right. The tinted neck is just beautifully made to match the guitar color. This guitar is simply amazing, the quality of the craftsmanship is unbelievable for its price range. easy to reach frets all the way up to the 24th fret. Pick ups are something else too. I thought i would buy it and change pickups at least.... nope I'm not changing a single thing. This thing was almost in tune right out of the box. Tuned up and checked the intonation.. it was spot on. The action was slightly higher than i like, but that's just a matter of preference and super quick fix.
