Cap-off ink does not run dry even if the cap is removed for two to three days. Water-based ink is suitable for documentary use. Ergonomically shaped, generously rubberized barrel promotes tireless and relaxed writing without hand fatigue. Cap has a sturdy metal clip and fits neatly on either end of the pen.

I really like these pens. They are smooth, a nice blue color, and stay even when I leave the cap off accidentally. My only complaint is that the ink bleeds through on most paper. I'm on my second box, though, so clearly that's not a deal breaker.

I love these pens. They're funny looking but feel great in the hand and are well balanced. They write well and the ink is rich and doesn't bleed or fade. Love these!

Not only are these documentary but in an office setting the ink color is outstanding. Next I will look for markers for signs in this color ink.I believe "documentary" indicates some moisture resistance, resistance to fading from light, archival, and some forgery resistance (altering what was written at a later date).

I was looking for a pen that is comfortable when writing for long periods. This one is it. Good feel, nice weight, good dark lines, and long lasting.
