I purchased this and installed it for my mother on her 2009 Scion XB. It fit perfectly and is working well. I've had it in the car about 5 months now and have no complaints. It charges the battery as it should and operates the electrical system well. After installation I put a battery charge tester and alternator analyzer on it and ran diagnostics. It passed all the tests with correct voltage and amperage outputs.The part came well-packed with strong, blow-molded foam inserts that hug the unit on all sides inside a good, heavy duty cardboard box ensuring that the part arrived in good condition. The alternator itself is obviously well made with thick, epoxied motor windings and good looking parts all around, including the shaft and pulley. It is the same weight as the OEM part it replaced (and in fact looks and feels to be of an even better quality).I will update this review if the part prematurely breaks, but so far it is working perfectly, operating within the manufacturer's specs and fit the car exactly like the OEM part it replaced.

My 2009 Camry alternator died and the local suppliers wanted over $200. Nah. I doubt the quality of their alternators is any better and likely worse. The car is back on the road without the high price.

Alternator died on Toyota Camry, got it shipped in one day, free shipping, half the price from Auto-Zone, advance auto. Worked just like new one, will recommend.

I bought this for my Camry. I priced one at AutoZone, they wanted about $300. I got this in one day and installed it. My car is back on the road. After installation I tested the output: 14.3 Volts. Perfection !
