Installation Process
WARNING: Before installing always make sure your firearm is unloaded and your muzzle is pointed towards a safe direction.
Option 1: (Optic Cover Only)
Step 1: Insert Optic Cover
Step 2: Snap interlock pins into the drain hole
Option 2: (Optic Cover + Lens Cover)
Step 1: Point your muzzle upwards and put the cover lens on top
Step 2: Insert optic cover while holding the lens in place
Step 3: Snap interlock pins into drain hole

If your looking for a cover you can easily and quickly snap on and snap off for cleaning your firearm and for general protection, this isn't it. Having to place the window cover underneath the frame portion and then having to remove frame everytime your ready to go to the range is not convenient. More of a pain due to how snugly it fits and how it has projections that snap into the weep holes on the optic. If you're looking for a protective frame to keep on the optic without the use of the window cover...it snaps securely in place and you're are still able to work the controls without a problem. Bottom line, toss the window cover and leave the frame permantly in place. This is more what it seems designed to do and does that well. If the window cover snapped into place on the outside of the frame, it would be more useful for covering the window. But I do understand that would probably lead to the window cover being lost all the time.

This case was super easy to put on my Holosun. It feels really solid and like it'll protect my red dot from bumping into surfaces. I like that it's made of tough materials, seems durable. Not a fan of the glass protector though, it feels a bit weird having to take the whole shroud off to install and remove each time. Overall, still a pretty good protection!

If put the lens cover over the glass before you put the frame cover on it will work, but you will have to take the frame cover off before you can get the lens cover off.

I like how much it covers and definitely would be ok if it fell to the ground. Bulky but that's what you get if you want it protected. The front cover didn't fit and I just threw it in my misc drawer.

If you are buying this to work on target focus drills, DO NOT purchase as the lens cap does not fit as advertised. If you are solely buying to protect you optic then you’ll be fine.
