It works. plug in one side, plug in the other. Does no more or less than what it is supposed to do. What else can you ask for?

Only half of what you'll need to get your radio to work properly. In many Volvo models, there is an antenna booster that requires a 10v signal. Must use an inline resistor to drop the 12v to 10v.

Works great! I get so many channels I never knew existed now! More than my factory radio ever did! Not sure if it's due to the headunit or not, but either way it wouldn't work without this adapter!

This took care of the AM/FM radio reception on the new Pumpkin In-dash 2Din HD Car Radio DVD Player GPS Nav 3G IPOD for my 2001 Volvo S60. Great fit.

This Volve Antenna Adapter work flawless and does what it promises. Amazon has the cheapest prices for the adapter, Best Buy charges way to much for this adapter. I am glad that I found it so that I could hook up my aftermarket radio in my Volvo. I do recommend you purchase this item.

This product is (mis)represented by the Scosche company as an antenna adapter for a 2001 Volvo v70, but it connects to only one of the two wires that come on the antenna connector in Volvo v70s.The connector to which the adapter attaches has two different wires attached, one from the antenna and one providing power to the antenna amp, but the Scosche adapter does not allow one to provide the power required to the antenna amp (which must be 10 VDC, not 12 VDC, so a dropping resistor will be required. Try a 50 ohm 1/2-watt resistor, that gave me 10.6 Volts on the antenna amp).Reception is terrible. FM-HD Radio is flaky at best, and AM Radio reception is absolutely unacceptable.By "unacceptable", I mean that I cannot get WCBS AM, a 50,000-Watt station in NYC when I am in Manhattan, NYC. Kids with braces can pick up WCBS on their teeth as far away as southern NJ, but I can't get a simple traffic report in a $38,000 car from less than a mile from their transmitter with this poor excuse for an "adapter cable".I'd return it for a full refund, but I'd rather keep the connector, and wire up my own solution.Stay away from this item if you are attempting to "upgrade" your stereo in a Volvo, as the result will not be an "upgrade" no matter what you spend on the radio, speakers, and amps.

I ordered the Scosche Voab Volvo Antenna Adapter for my 2002 Volvo S60. I replaced the factory radio HU-613 with a JVC bluetooth unit I had laying around, but I was not exactly sure if I was ordering the right part. If it didn't fit properly I would have returned it but no need. I get a crystal clear radio signal with the new adapter.. plain and simple the product does exactly what it's supposed to do, and that's plug in plain and simple.
