Fits very small, according to the size charts it should have fit me, unfortunately I will have to return it. I was happy with the quality and design, will have to look for a large or possibly even an extra large.

Works fantastic, even in rougher/wavier waters. I'm not a great swimmer, but can manage to keep myself afloat in a pool. In the ocean...not so sure because I never ventured far from the beach and shore while snorkeling without a flotation vest. Went to St. Thomas and wore this for every snorkeling adventure. Works great, very simple to use, and made me feel safe and comfortable in flat water, moderate waves, and currents. I'm a 5'11" 175lb. male and definitely needed the medium. As others have stated, you want it to fit snug when dry because it does loosen up when in the water. The medium on me did not ride up on my torso and I certainly did not miss the groin strap like the other ones have!

Everyone loved to see this on me, considering the entire boat had bulky get in the way vest's. ! am 5'10" and weigh 160lbs and the medium fit perfect!Not cheap, but worth it :-}
