Just wrote a review for the wrong one. THIS is the Sea Dog perfect clete. Searched for hours to find this one. The ONLY folding flush mount that has the no-show heavy duty mounting studs. Matches the original cletes on my pontoon.

I bought two of these to replace a pair of die-cast Zamak (low grade) spring-line cleats on my boat. These were a perfect choice as the profile of the base concealed the previous cleats bolt hole pattern and they are one a deck passageway forward so the folding feature is great. They look clean, work perfectly and have survived a couple of storms. No concerns regarding the use of studs versus through bolts as mentioned by one reviewer.

Studs look very flimsy, looks like they would break with any kind of pull.
