I have a 21’6” SeaPro that I fish with in the Sea of Cortez. I replaced the last outriggers with the Seachoice 15’ outrigger. They are telescopic. Arrived in great shape from the US to Mexico. I like the outriggers. I contacted Seachoice customer service for better instructions, or recommendations for assembly. They provided nothing. I did this after I checked YouTube and found nothing. So, I took it all one step at a time and assembled myself. Decided not to use adhesive to connect the poles to the holders, rather simply wind duct tape until a very tight fit. This worked great. I used the release clips from my previous outrigger because they are a better quality. In the end I am satisfied. SeaChoice needs to send out better instructions or place a DIY assembly with recommendations on YouTube.

Good product for the price. The eyelets are not the most solid so you have to watch so that you don't bend and break them off.

I wanted to troll rigged ballyhoo and other light baits and needed outriggers that rigged "up" as much as "out" - to keep the bait skipping on the surface a reasonable distance behind my 19 foot fishing boat. These outriggers accomplish that. But on the second day of use - the eye on the end of one of the poles came off. Close inspection showed that it was not brazed correctly - brazing is a skill. Rather than go to the trouble of exchanging the defective pole I decided to drill a hole in the ferrule and use a small stainless eye bolt - which is how some better quality outriggers are done. These poles are light and would not work well for heavy or deep trolled baits. I replaced the clothespin style clips with Black's clips.
