I ordered this kayak as my husband was looking for more of a leisurely, sit-above-water kayak versus the Pelican ones we already had. There was an incident with shipping at no fault of the Seller where the item was not originally picked up, so he made separate shipping arrangements for us. The Seller stayed in contact and was incredibly responsive via messaging to ensure we were kept in the loop on the status of the kayak. All in all, delivery was only delayed by a few days and the Seller even included some extra goodies for us. The kayak itself is beautifully bright (we ordered the orange) with so many bells and whistles. My husband took it for a spin the day it arrived, and he said it was incredibly comfortable. Now I'm a bit jealous and may need to get one myself!
