It was packaged very well. Installed it and it does not come with new bolts. It was easy to install. I wired it up and it is on the slow side but it’s way better than the hand crank. Hopefully it lasts a while. For the value it wasn’t bad. I wanted the one that was heavy duty for our camper trailer.

Have had this 6 months and the button to go up and down sometimes works. And then it doesn’t. Have to move the button back and forth until it works.

do not purchase this jack. it is weak and is not reliable. it will work a couple of times and then stop. the company say they will send a link via email for replacement, but you never get the link. I called the main company and was sent to another branch that handles the amazon sales and then I was told that my complaint would be sent to a service department and a link sent. I called half a dozen times and still not resolved. i have recieved no emails from this company. It is a fraudulent company with 3rd world customer services reps.

This Sealight trailer jack I installed on 5x10 utility trailer used for hauling IBC water tote. It installed easily direct replacement. Operates slowly but without strain. The up down toggle switch seems counter intuitive depending on how you look at it. When you press the toggle up the deck goes down therefor raising the trailer. ( press button on direction you want the trailer tongue to go) Pinned adjustable foot for additional hight if necessary. Comeswith manual crank but lacks handle storage. I have it zip tied to the jack so I don't loose it. This is rated for a much heavier and I don't question that. Perfectly fine for smaller trailers but I did not test it at full capacity. Forwardfacing utility light ( 4 LEDs) is a nice idea but not well implemented. Not very bright or directed well. Good for the price.

It works better than my old worm out electric jack. Installed on 14k 22' enclosed trailer. The motor is slow, sounds weak. The jack is solid tho. The auxiliary crank works well. The led lights are a joke.Time will tell if this jack lasts. Installation was easy.
