Very Pleased with this purchase, flashlight is led and bright (no batteries included) whistle is good quality, and the bucket can double as a water tight container the lid screws on and has a seal

I ordered 2 of these kits for kayaks I am going to be getting. One flashlight does not work and the other starts working after you hit it on something. The bucket, rope, and whistle were ok.
