This is one of my favorite recent purchases! After a recent trip to Sanibel Island, I was looking for creative ways to display my shells and came across this in a Facebook group, so I gave it a try. I love it!! Such a cool way to display tiny shells with the ability to see both sides of the shell. The magnet is strong and the stand works well. I will probably buy a second one as I expand my collection. The science nerd in me loves my tiny shell museum!

This was exactly what I was looking for, size accurate and the magnets were effective. I think the many people saying it’s too small need to keep in mind the size especially if there are all sorts of other display methods.There’s two reasons I’m not giving it a full 5 stars, and it’s has to do with the base. I bought this type because it came with a wooden base. While it does work, you can tell it’s not flush, whether there is a purposeful slant or not is up to debate. No doubt people may receive one that doesn’t fit. Other part is by the magnets there is some plastic glue bubbles, but that’s more nitpicky on if you want the plastic to be completely clear.

Cute idea but the plexiglass section didn’t fit in the wood holder to stand so I did return it. Magnets were strong to hold it together, but once filled it wouldn’t stand properly without the stand.

These cases are more for the micro mini sized shells and not the very tiny sized shells. Threw the box out because I couldn’t use it. The idea was good but each square is too small for my needs.

I love this case! It was so easy to display my seashells and sea glass—I used tweezers, which made the process quick and simple. It’s a beautiful way to showcase my trip keepsakes, and my friends love seeing it too. Highly recommend for preserving and sharing special memories!

It's even smaller than you can imagine. Yes, the dimensions listed are correct - but sometimes (like this time) seeing it in person is like, whoa...do I even have anything that small to fit in it??The acrylic is coated on both sides with film. So you'll need to remove two pieces of film for each side of the display case. Mine looks crystal clear once film is off.You'll need to have saved a bunch of teeny tiny shells if you want to fill it. I might have half dozen or so. The size you need is the size of the millions of shells you usually walk by looking for a 'good' shell. I guess that means will need to vacation at the beach this winter.Wood base is tight. You really need to force the display case into it.

Found a bunch of sharks teeth last beach trip and this is a cool way to display them. Love it!
