Your cart is empty.As a speaker reproduces an acoustic signal, it sends sound waves in two directions; forward and backwards. The sound waves sent forward we hear as music. The sound waves that are sent backwards go inside the door, vibrate the metal and plastic, and reflect off of the inside skin of the door back towards the speaker. This rear wave reflection interferes with the natural movement of the door speaker which causes distortion and acoustical cancellation. These Speaker Pads get applied (using super glue) inside the door behind the speaker to absorb and redirect the rear wave away from the speaker, allowing the speaker to function just as the recording studio intended. One Speaker Kit contains: (2) 7" diameter Second Skin back wave canceling discs Simply adhere one Speaker Tweaker pad 3-8 inches behind your door speakers, with the ridges facing the speakers, to absorb and redirect the rear wave away from the back of the speaker. Redirecting the rear wave will help reduce distortion and will improve the mid register of your music. Acrylic Double Sided Tape or Super Glue is required to adhere Speaker Tweakers.

Easy install, sounds great. If you’re upgrading your speakers and are going to have everything opened up and torn apart in your vehicle you might as well slap these in too. I used some black silicone when I slapped them in. The whole system slaps now.

These are legit. Put in just my front doors yesterday, running 6x8s in four doors. Went from tinny to full sounding by just adding these. Bought these several months ago, wish I would have put in back then. Ordering another set for rear doors right now.

I'm not sure how much these helped me in particular, but, if you want/need to increase the punch/sharpness of your door speakers, this is the product that would do it. One warning- they don't come with adhesive. I used Krazy Glue, one tube per pad. Some Gorilla Glue also works but I wasn't sure I had the right one.

Fast, speedy delivery. Ordered Friday, Arrived Monday. Excellent service. The Speaker pads have a thick, high quality feel to them. My husband applied these behind the back door speakers in my car with double sided sticky tape on top of the Spectrum liquid sound insulation he applied last fall, the sound difference from the front doors and rears doors is amazingly more crisp. Going to add a second pair to the front doors soon. Such an easy improvement, easily worth the $30.
