This was really easy to set up... but, the fake camera lens had fallen out on mine, since it's just held in place by a dollop of hot glue, so it loses a star for that. Even with that, it looked "ok" as long as no one looked to closely.But, inside the battery compartment were some screws, making it easy to open the top. Once inside, rather than re-glue the lens, I just rolled up some of the cardboard box it came in inside of the housing to keep the lens firmly in place.The other parts all seem really solid. There are grooves for everything, so everything slides, screws, or snaps into place nice and firmly.It looks quite convincing, even without the batteries, so you don't necessarily have to use the light-up LEDs at night to scare ne'er-do-wells off.It's easy to screw onto a wall and point it where you want.So all in all, I'm very happy. I don't love having to fix things, but when it's nice and easy like this I don't mind too much. I'd much rather have screws to open something up than little plastic snaps that can break off, so the screws on this were a welcome sight :-D
