For example, the locking system features a particular secure multi-disc cylinder which protects against unpermitted cracking through lock-picking methods.

Hardly any other security lock for bicycles is as light as this folding lock. Despite weighing just 2.2 lbs (+ bracket 0.3 lbs), this lock achieves the highest security level for foldable bike locks and is thus relatively light and secure at the same time.
Convenient transport thanks to the robust bracket
No rattling during your trip. Due to the precise manufacturing of the flexible lock links, you are not bothered by any noise from your lock. The included bracket can be quickly attached either directly to the frame or at the holes of the bottle holder.
And the best: The bracket opens to the front and allows the folding lock to be removed from the front. This means that this lock can also be attached to very narrow frames. It could not be easier to transport your secure lock.

Connected to my bike using the hook and loop then went for a ride. Took on some rough terrain and at the end of the ride the lock had worked itself off the bike and was lost forever… but…The customer care by this company was amazing! They get 5 stars. En ce qui me concerne, j'avais choisi ce cadenas pour :- ses "2 roues" FUB (condition pour pouvoir assurer un vélo) qui garantit une certaine sécurité- son transport facilité par son poids raisonnable (moins de 1 kg) et son encombrement réduit une fois plié- son support fixable sur le cadre ou à l'emplacement prévu pour le porte bidon (l'option que j'ai choisie).Après pratiquement un an d'utilisation, je n'en suis complètement satisfait.Hormis ces considérations, je voulais partager l'excellence du SAV qui a traité mon problème extrêmement rapidement et de manière parfaite.

Il a l'air costaud, facile d'utiliser, pratique à transporter, plus pratique à installer q’ un antivol en UMais si on voudrait attacher le vélo un gros poteau il faudrait acheter un peu plus longcelui-ci qui fais fait que 89 cm.

I love this bike lock. I've had many locks, many types of locks. If you are looking for a lock that provides a higher level of security than chains and cables and isn't a pain to carry, this is the lock you want. It is made from very strong steel that cannot easily be cut or twisted off. I'd say that it is just as strong as most d-locks, but it is easier to use. The folding joints provide enough flexibility to give you more options when securing your bike than a rigid shape. This is especially handy if you find yourself having to lock up to whatever utility poles, sign posts, fence gates, or other non-bike rack-sized items are around.Also, the lock carrier is fantastic. Having a bike-mounted carrier that fits where a water bottle cage would go, it's convenient to have with you all the time. The carrier holds the lock securely. Even bombing down singletrack on a mountain bike over roots and rocks, this lock won't fall out of the holder. The lock makes zero noise in the carrier; no rattling whatsoever. The carrier doesn't get in the way of your pedal stroke, tires, or dropped seat. No need for a bike bag. The key port is covered, so that the locking mechanism is protected from dirt, rain, or debris.Highly recommended.

This is very secure but hard to use because it is not as flexible as a chain, and because of that it’s not long enough to lock a bike to anything much larger than a sign post or bike rack. Also, locking and unlocking it is often difficult because the key has to be perfectly positioned to get it to latch and unlatch. Would not buy again.
