I've only had this toaster for less than a year and one side has an electrical problem to where it won't stay down. It also sparks on the inside. I would say there is possibly an open wire, which can be a fire hazard. The toaster is nice but the build quality or wiring doesn't seem to be well done.

my wife and i can toast our own bread at the same time and the way that each of us like it. we can see the time so we can remember when we toast different bread types

juste qu'a date fonctionne très bien cuisson égal des deux cotés ce qui est rare chez les grille pains ont peut grillé extrêmement foncé voir noir (au besoin) ce qui est aussi rare recommande fortement

I love the knobs ability to dial the amount of time for toast, bagels, even Pop Tarts. The color of the toaster is brushed dark stainless and matches my other appliances perfectly.

I really like this toaster! It has wide slots and several "light/dark" choices. Each selection is timed so you don't have to guess when your toast/bagel/muffin will be ready. Nice features, nice size. I hope it lasts a long time!

I love this toaster! It's easy to adjust the level of toasting. I also love that I can set one side to my preference, & my husband can set the other side for his.

Wow , that's what I call a toaster, real dark in no time ( 3,25 min in the darkest setting ) nice to see the remaining time too, looks solid and no noise ,

Purchased 07/21/2024I have been using the Sundeen toaster for well over a week now. So far it has performed flawlessly. It will defrost, toast a bagel or regular bread. As I see it, the only difference between toast & defrost is a longer maximum time.There are small stamped symbols on the top front in between the left & right slots showing bagel orientation. The toaster is rated at 1800 watts total which equates to 900 watts max for each side. This makes for quick toastIng. Each slot is approximately 5” X 5” X 1 1/2”. Minimum & maximum times & wattage use are shown below. For the price & features I would recommend this toaster. It even looks nice & modern.
