Ordered these to hide the texture on the recessed front porch lights. The textured material ceiling material left gaps along the edge of the light fixtures but these easy to install goof rings hide the gaps and make the lights look great. These are the perfect size for the 6-inch lights we have installed and they work like you'd want them to. The material seems well made and is good quality for their intended purpose. Glad I ordered them and would get them again for lighting issues in the future.

These are a simple product that does what you expect. They worked great for some can lights I was retrofitting that had a smaller rim than the existing ones. They look like part of the light and aren't noticeable at all.

These are nice because they fit into the hole to provide more support. They seem to be powder coated metal, which is awesome. Plastic gets brittle and discolors after a while. Nice option for repairs and to help with oopsies during renovations.

Recently changed out our old can light recessed fixture with the new can less slim spring fixtures and there were some slight imperfections in the ceiling that didn't quite fit and as a result we needed to install these oops rings.Honestly, quite impressed how easy these are to install and they don't look tacky at all. They actually accentuate the fixtures and provide a more modern commercial design.These will work fine for most 6" to 6-1/4" fixtures.This is a simple and rather effective way to avoid costly repairs due to ceiling imperfections or damage caused during installation of your recessed light fixtures.Priced reasonably and the result is great.

I prefer doing a good job initially, but if someone has a job that was done poorly and they need me to fix it, these goof rings make the job simple. They are held in place by the lights themselves and cover up any jagged cuts or marks. They are simple and work very well.

A nice set of overwidth rings to cover up when you let the saw get away from you. Saves time and drywall work.These are well made and they'll fit a 4" hole (or a little larger). They will cause the light to stick out just a smidge more than the others. I guess that's why they include so many. I would only use the ones I need because most people would never notice the slight deviation.Overall, a nice product that does what it says it will. Very low tech but a real time saver.I recommend them.

I had been searching for a solution like this for quite some time. When I attempted to replace the recessed lighting installed by previous contractors, I discovered they had caulked around the edges of the fixtures. This caused damage to the surrounding drywall during removal. These rings enable me to install the new LED lighting without the need for drywall repair. They are compatible with two different brands of recessed LED lighting I am using. They are well-made and a worthwhile purchase.
