I have these in my kitchen. These are flush mount lights. I had to use these, as there is no space in back of my ceiling for recessed lighting. They pretty much look the same as recessed and everyone thinks they are recessed. They dim nicely. I had to replace two lights in my ceiling due to a freak super heavy rain that blew my singles up and water penetrated down and fried two of the lights. I bought these to replace the two lights that blew due to the water damage. The other lights in my kitchen are the same make/model as these. They have worked fine for the past 8 years without issue.

The light performs really well, and works well with an appropriate dimmer. It looks good on the ceiling. However, installation is a bit unusual. You mount a plate onto the ceiling junction box, and then spring clips on the light clip into the plate. There are two problems with this. It is difficult to get the plate attached exactly right for the light to attach flush with the ceiling. This is especially hard in older construction if the junction box is not mounted rock solid. The second thing is that once you get it attached, to remove it you have to somehow release the clips. This is next to impossible if you get a nice snug fit against the ceiling. There is not enough gapmto slide a screwdriver in there. A better design would be like the ones they use for smoke detectors where it spins onto and off of the mounting plate. Hopefully it will last longer than I do.

I purchased two of these for our hallway going to the garage and they work really well. First of all the build quality is excellent. A lot of attention to details. I removed the old light fixture and was scared at what I saw, a 3 1/2" ceiling box. I thought this thing isn't going to fit. So I looked at the instructions and sure enough they said it would fit and it did. They have a nice bracket that will fit pretty much any electric box out there. Screw on the bracket and connect the wires and snap it in place. With the small size electric box I had to make sure the wires were in just right and it was a tight fit but it worked. So much more light now than with the old fixtures.

Smooth and sleek, bright and intense but also dims very well. A bit fiddly to install, definitely had to plan in advance how it would go also had to bend the clips to get them to snap in correctly but once it was up it now looks great. Really was the look I wanted with the right amount of light . These little guys are super bright and when dimmed are a pleasant color.

Bought 3 of these temperature, but 12 total to replace exisintng light fixtures through the house. I liked the idea of not having to cut drywall or remove existing jboxes -- I'd just reuse the existing jbox. 9 of these went in without any issues in various spaces around the house, pantry, closets, and laundry room. They look great, work great. Those I'll review accordingly, but these specific temperature lights all had retention springs that bent on installation. After having a hard time with the first, I grabbed a different fixture and the provided mounting ring and could not dry fit them -- the spring clips didn't fall into place when centered. I could try and slide one side in and press the other side in, but this is not what the directions nor installation video show. I tried to realign the clips with a pair of pliers but the resulting fit was not as snug as the other 9 I'd already installed. I'm going to exchange these 3 and try again.

We've had 4 of these in various spots of our house for about a year so far and they've been working great in all of them. The flexible mounting options meant that we can install them in cans or junction boxes and have a consistent look. They work great for showers, hallways, and in the kitchen. We're planning to put more into our kitchen soon because we like them so much!

Great product! Worked perfectly and the 2500k was warm light like the lights in our home! Easy install! Puts out a good amount of light, low profile. Looks very nice!
