Does what it's supposed to do - hang a heavy bag. Get someone else to hold up the bag while you mount it on the chains.

Brilliant!!! Was looking on martial art websites for this and also local hardware stores for the chain.The swivel-top mechanism I found at a hardware store but the price for that alone was £15.00. Luckily I thought try Amazon first and see if anything comes up. There it was quality chain and cheaper then what the hardware store was charging for the swivel-top alone.Delivery was exceptionally fast as well arriving a couple of days early. Hung a 6ft bag up with it no problems a great buy. Gonna buy another one while they are still in stock.
