I have had this box for less then 2 weeks. It started out good. Now it won't clean on its own. It gets stuck while cleaning. The slots in the strainer are too wide and small clumps are not filtered out. I am going to take it apart and clean it to see if that does not remedy the issues. Just seems like these issues should not be happening less than 2 weeks in.

not bad for the price! i have a new kitten and a 3 year old cat so i needed to invest in something to help with everyday maintenance with these two boys. over all pleased, i do wish the instructions were easier to follow. setting the app up took me awhile because i had to find the product amongst hundreds of others. once its set up its good to go. i’m still just figuring it out so i can’t say for sure how great it actually functions just yet, its not noisy at all. very quiet actually. just from setting it up and having my rambunctious kitten messing with it i noticed it pausing because he was too close but once i removed him from its range, i had to manually make it finish sifting because it stayed halfway for awhile. i’m not sure if he just kept setting it off and it got confused lol. time will tell if thats the case. my older cat has yet to actually use it but he’s definitely eyeing it from a distance, he’s 12.5 lbs and fits comfortably inside (i stuck him in to show him). over all quality is very nice as well.

Affordable self cleaning litter box, works great, quiet, easy set up and app is great. The litter box is a good size . My cat loves he's new litter box

Will never buy this one again. I got it in April 11th. It's been a week and it's already messing up. It stops spinning while cleaning. The bottom ends up on top when it's done and I have to fix it everytime. Not worth buy and kinda want my money back for this.

Wish there were instruction on how to use the app, or how to set up the cleaning cycles, the only way for it to automatic clean is if I hit the clean button, I can't find anything online about it or a website from company

Stumbled across this litter box and I’m so glad I decided to take a chance with it! Well worth the price, it’s modern and makes a great new addition to my home! Obviously, as a litter box, the first and foremost question is “Does it work?”Oh boy, it’s like magic that you have never seen before. The slightly sour smell that usually surrounds most open litter boxes? Gone. Needing to go find a plastic bag or wash the shovel that is needed to clean up the waste? Not anymore. This litter box is just as it says, keeping my hands clean, and sifting the waste to a separate compartment. All I need to do is take out the compartment and take the bag out and viola! Out it goes!It also has a fun function in the app that can detect the presence of your cat and its weight, amount of times it uses the restroom, along with some others. My cat was heavier than I thought haha. The things technology can do these days am I right? Anyways it’s completely safe and oh did I mention quiet? Other than the occasional hums and dings when the cat enters, it makes little to no noise!This was easy to set up as well, and what matters more is that my cat loved it! All in all so far it’s a great buy that I definitely don’t regret and I’m plenty satisfied! (My cat says thank you too :) )

So far happy for price and cheapest of any auto cleaning litter boxes even wifi included.Super easy to setup and setup to phone. Hold the wifi button 3 sec with app install on your phone and select your wifi. Can adjust cleaning times and adjust built in light inside. Also have access usage, manual cleaning as well
