The drawer fills unevenly, causing waste to pile up against one side while the other remains empty. When 70% full, clumps start falling out every time I remove the drawer for emptying.

I have been using this Duabes litter box for over two weeks now and I love it! It comes out thoroughly clean after every use and the design looks sleek and modern! The app is easy to use and it is very quiet which is great for nighttime use. It is a great experience to finally not have to clean the litter box every two days. The size is big enough that I have a fat cat and he can use it comfortably. It also has no odor which is a big plus. The included litter bag is a nice extra!

Really well made auto litter box. Set up and App connection is really easy, took less than 5 mins. Size is great, not too big as well. The mechanic seems really simple but effective, less parts to break down. My cats went inside right away. They loved it!Highly recommended at this price point.

I’ve been using this for a couple day now. The setup didn’t take long, and the app worked once I got it connected. It runs fairly quiet and the waste drawer has been holding up fine between emptyings. My cat adjusted to it quicker than I expected. Not sure how it compares to others long term, but it looks decent and functions alright for now. No strong smells coming out either, which is a plus. Build feels okay, though I’ll keep an eye on the moving parts.

This is my 2nd self-cleanimg litter box. It was time for another because I just got a new kitten. No matter what anyone or any company tells you, you shpuld have separate litter boxes for your cats. Cats hate using the same litter box as each other, especially if there's a male and female cat and the male tried to be dominant. It's a thing. The one I already have is a little too small for my 15 lbs ragdoll. He sticks out of it while doing his business and it's cute but probably not ideal for him. So I cleaned his out throughly, moved it to a different room and made that the kittens designated box. I put this new one, which is much larger, in the spot his old one was, so as not to disrupt his routine. So far so good! It's definitely better for his size. The most important, and the most baseline expectation is that it rates to the side. I would never AND YOU SHOULD NEVER buy an auto litter box that rotates front to back, covering the hole they jump into. If for some reason the sensor failed, and it started rotating with the cat inside, the front to back ones can trap your cat and kill them! Safety first! No worries with that with this one, and the sensor is working just fine. It's worked well, as it's supposed to. I stuck my hand in it a few times while it routes and it stopped. The 2nd weight sensor provides me some piece of mind. I like that is came with a deodorizer. I had previously bought a deodorizer to springy in the poop tray, but it hasn't been necessary with this one. The controls from the app are cool, but honestly unnecessary. Aaaand I won't deny part of the reason I got this one is I'm a sucker for colored lights. Seriously, I have them everywhere. So to have one on the bathroom that I can mix up the colors here and there is awesome. I dont think Luna Bear cares though haha. As far as the sound, it's very quiet. About the same as my last one. Sensors aside, it's ultimately a sinple, intentionally slow running machine, so there's no reason for loudness, and fortunately there isn't. So, so far so good. If anything changes, I will update this review.

Perfect for a cat family. Our cats love it and start to use it immediately. Easy to set up and clean. Not picky with the litter, and fast shipping. Really good auto litter box. Works very well for our cats and family. Good looking too.

Purchased this for my mother who has 2 cats and isn't able to keep up with the litter box as she should. Everytime I visited the smell from the cat room was off putting. I asked her what I could do to help to ease the burden of cleaning the cat litter. She mentioned these automatic litter boxes. I'm a dog person so I know nothing about kitty litter. I asked her to do some research and pick one out and I would purchase it and set it up. She found this one and emailed me the link. I ordered it and set it up for her. It was easy to set up and get going. It has helped her tremendously in keeping the smell down and and her physical activity of keeping the litter box clean. Not being a cat guy I wasn't sure how the cats would adjust. After the first couple of days she said they were using it like it had been there forever. It has made my visits much more enjoyable as well.

The automatic scooping works great, it is sturdy and well designed, especially the cat ears on the top, it’s so cute. The cat litter box keeps home much cleaner. Highly recommended to cat owners, east to set up and clean. The app is very user friendly, even my mom can uses it easily. You can set up self clean or manual.
